هذه الشروط بين قُربنا (Qurbna)، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية وبين مستخدمي تطبيق «قُربنا» ولوحة المحلات. استخدام الخدمة يعني قبولها.
القسم الأول · العملاء
١ · الخدمة
«قُربنا» خريطة لعروض محلات موثقة بالسجل التجاري. العروض من ثلاثة أشكال: «مع الشراء، الثاني مجانًا»، و«صنف مجاني مع أي طلب»، و«خصم بنسبة مئوية» مرخّص من وزارة التجارة. التطبيق مجاني بالكامل للعملاء: لا رسوم، ولا اشتراك، ولا مدفوعات داخل التطبيق. «قُربنا» لا يعرض الأسعار ولا يبيع أي سلعة أو خدمة.
٢ · العرض التزام على المحل
كل عرض أو خصم منشور التزام من المحل الذي أصدره، والمحل وحده مسؤول عن صحته وعن السلعة أو الخدمة وسعرها وجودتها. «قُربنا» وسيلة للعرض والتحقق وليس طرفًا في البيع. يُستخدم العرض في المحل عند الكاشير برمز يتجدد كل 30 ثانية وصالح 3 دقائق، ويُظهر للكاشير قبل الدفع.
٣ · الخصومات
الخصم يُطبَّق عند الكاشير على السعر المعروض في المحل، وتظهر نسبته في التطبيق كما وردت في ترخيص التخفيض. يظهر رقم ترخيص وزارة التجارة مع رابط التحقق الرسمي عند توفره، ولا يتجاوز الخصم تاريخ انتهاء الترخيص.
٤ · الحدود
العرض مرة واحدة لكل عميل في اليوم لكل عرض. ولكل عرض حد يومي وحد إجمالي وتاريخ انتهاء، وقد ينفد العرض لليوم ثم يعود في اليوم التالي ما لم ينتهِ أجله.
٥ · البلاغات
إذا لم يطبق المحل عرضًا مؤكدًا، يمكن الإبلاغ من الإيصال خلال 7 أيام. ويمكن الإبلاغ عن أي عرض غير لائق أو مضلل من صفحة العرض. ويمكن أيضًا تقديم بلاغ لوزارة التجارة مباشرة. فريق «قُربنا» يراجع البلاغات وقد يوقف العرض أو المحل.
٦ · الاستخدام العادل
الرمز شخصي ولمرة واحدة. محاولات التكرار أو الانتحال أو التلاعب بالرموز تؤدي إلى إيقاف الحساب.
٧ · الحساب
الحساب برقم الجوال فقط، وحذفه متاح من شاشة الحساب أو من صفحة حذف الحساب في أي وقت. تفاصيل البيانات في سياسة الخصوصية.
القسم الثاني · المحلات
٨ · الأهلية والتوثيق
يشترط سجل تجاري ساري تتحقق منه «قُربنا» عبر منصة «واثق» بالرقم الموحد للمنشأة، ويُعاد التحقق دوريًا. توقف صلاحية السجل يوقف ظهور المحل حتى عودتها.
٩ · الإقرار ومسؤولية المحل
عند التسجيل، ومع نشر كل عرض أو خصم، يُقرّ المحل بأنه مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن استيفاء جميع متطلبات وزارة التجارة وسائر الأنظمة السارية، ومنها: صحة العرض وتنفيذه، وترخيص التخفيض قبل الإعلان عنه، وعرض الأسعار قبل الخصم وبعده على المنتجات، والإفصاح عن سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع. يُحفظ الإقرار مع وقته وإصدار الشروط المقبول.
يتحمل المحل وحده أي مخالفة أو غرامة أو مطالبة تنشأ عن عروضه أو خصوماته أو عن سلعه وخدماته، ويلتزم بتعويض «قُربنا» عن أي ضرر أو تكلفة تلحق بها بسبب ذلك.
١٠ · العروض والخصومات
صياغة العرض يركّبها النظام: يختار المحل أحد الأشكال الثلاثة ويُدخل اسم صنف واحد، ولا عبارات ترويجية حرة. العروض المجانية («الثاني مجانًا» و«صنف مجاني») لا تتطلب ترخيصًا من وزارة التجارة.
الخصم يتطلب ترخيص التخفيض من وزارة التجارة قبل نشره: رقم الترخيص وتاريخ انتهائه، مع إثبات الترخيص بمسح باركود الترخيص أو إرفاق ملف من وزارة التجارة. نسبة الخصم تُدخل كما في الترخيص (نسبة واحدة أو من–إلى)، ولا يتجاوز الخصم تاريخ انتهاء الترخيص. يحق لـ«قُربنا» طلب ما يثبت الترخيص أو إيقاف الخصم في أي وقت، ومراجعتها للمستندات لا تنقل المسؤولية عن المحل.
يظهر العرض خلال 24 ساعة، وأقصى مدة له 90 يومًا دون تجديد تلقائي. يلتزم المحل بتنفيذ العرض لكل رمز مؤكد ضمن الحدود المعلنة وساعات العمل.
١١ · الاشتراك
- 149 ريالًا شهريًا شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة، تُدفع مقدمًا عن كل 30 يومًا عبر صفحة الدفع لدى Moyasar. لا عمولة على أي عملية.
- فترة الإطلاق المجانية: الاشتراك مجاني لكل محل يُكمل التسجيل قبل مرور 6 أشهر على تاريخ الإطلاق العام للتطبيق، وتنتهي الفترة المجانية لجميع المحلات في ذلك التاريخ نفسه مهما كان تاريخ تسجيلها. المحلات التي تسجل بعده تدفع الاشتراك من البداية. لا تُطلب بطاقة خلال الفترة المجانية ولا يُسحب أي مبلغ تلقائيًا، وبعد نهايتها تُخفى العروض حتى تفعيل الاشتراك المدفوع.
- الظهور في كشف الحساب البنكي باسم QURBNA APP RIYADH.
- الإلغاء من اللوحة في أي وقت؛ يبقى الاشتراك والعروض ظاهرة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة، ثم يتوقف دون رسوم إضافية. لا يُسترد مبلغ الفترة الجارية.
- عند عدم التجديد بنهاية الفترة المدفوعة تُخفى العروض حتى التجديد، وتعود بخطوة واحدة.
- شروط المحلات المؤسِّسة (إن وُجدت) تُتفق كتابيًا وتُطبق على الحساب المعني.
١٢ · الكاشير والرقم السري
المحل مسؤول عن سرية الرقم السري للكاشير وعن الأجهزة التي تستخدم اللوحة.
١٣ · الإيقاف
يحق لـ«قُربنا» إيقاف عرض أو محل عند البلاغات المتكررة، أو المحتوى المضلل، أو عدم تنفيذ العروض، أو غياب إثبات ترخيص الخصم أو انتهائه، أو انتهاء صلاحية السجل، مع إشعار المحل.
١٤ · البيانات المعروضة للمحل
اللوحة تعرض أعداد الاستخدام دون أي ربط بهوية العملاء، وتُحجب الأعداد الصغيرة حماية للخصوصية. لا نقدم أي تعهد بنتائج تجارية.
القسم الثالث · عام
«قُربنا» تقدم الخدمة كما هي، ولا تتحمل مسؤولية عروض المحلات أو خصوماتها أو سلعها وخدماتها. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. أي تعديل جوهري يُعلن قبل نفاذه، والاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد النفاذ قبول له. التواصل: [email protected].

These terms are between Qurbna (قُربنا), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the users of the Qurbna app and shop console. Using the service means you accept them.
Part 1 · Customers
1 · The service
Qurbna is a map of offers from shops with a verified commercial registration. Offers take three forms: "buy one, get the second free", "a free item with any order", and a percentage discount licensed by the Ministry of Commerce. The app is completely free for customers: no fees, no subscription, no in-app payments. Qurbna shows no prices and sells no goods or services.
2 · Offers are the shop's commitment
Each published offer or discount is a commitment by the shop that issued it, and the shop alone is responsible for its accuracy and for the product or service, its price and its quality. Qurbna displays and verifies offers and is not a party to the sale. You use an offer at the counter with a code that changes every 30 seconds and is valid for 3 minutes. Show it to the cashier before you pay.
3 · Discounts
A discount is applied at the counter to the price shown in the shop, and its percentage appears in the app as stated on the discount licence. The Ministry of Commerce licence number is shown with the official verification link where available, and a discount never runs past the licence's end date.
4 · Limits
Each offer can be used once per customer per day. Every offer also has a daily cap, a total cap and an end date; when the daily cap is reached the offer returns the next day unless it has ended.
5 · Reports
If a shop does not honour a confirmed redemption, you can report it from the receipt within 7 days. You can report any inappropriate or misleading offer from the offer page, and you can also report directly to the Ministry of Commerce. The Qurbna team reviews reports and may pause the offer or the shop.
6 · Fair use
Codes are personal and single-use. Replaying, impersonating or tampering with codes leads to account suspension.
7 · Your account
Your account is your mobile number only. You can delete it at any time from the Account screen or the Delete account page. Data details are in the Privacy Policy.
Part 2 · Shops
8 · Eligibility and verification
A valid commercial registration is required, verified through Wathq with the unified establishment number and re-verified periodically. If the registration lapses, the shop is hidden until it is valid again.
9 · Declaration and the shop's responsibility
At registration, and with every offer or discount it publishes, the shop declares that it is fully responsible for meeting every Ministry of Commerce requirement and all other applicable regulations, including: the accuracy and honouring of the offer, a discount licence before a discount is advertised, prices before and after a discount displayed on the products, and disclosure of its exchange and return policy. Each declaration is recorded with its time and the terms version accepted.
The shop alone bears any violation, fine or claim arising from its offers, discounts, goods or services, and indemnifies Qurbna against any loss or cost Qurbna incurs as a result.
10 · Offers and discounts
The system composes every offer sentence: the shop chooses one of the three forms and enters one item name, with no free promotional wording. Free offers ("second free" and "free item") do not require a Ministry of Commerce licence.
A discount requires a Ministry of Commerce discount licence before it is published: the licence number and end date, plus proof, either by scanning the licence barcode or by attaching a file from the Ministry. The percentage is entered as on the licence (one value or a from–to range), and the discount cannot run past the licence's end date. Qurbna may ask for proof of the licence or pause a discount at any time; Qurbna reviewing documents does not transfer any responsibility from the shop.
An offer appears within 24 hours and runs for at most 90 days with no automatic renewal. The shop must honour every confirmed code within the published caps and opening hours.
11 · Subscription
- SAR 149 per month including VAT, paid in advance for each 30-day period on Moyasar's payment page. No commission on any sale.
- Launch free period: the subscription is free for every shop that completes registration before 6 months have passed since the app's public launch date, and the free period ends for all shops on that same date, whenever they registered. Shops that register after it pay from the start. No card is asked for during the free period and nothing is charged automatically; when it ends, offers are hidden until the paid subscription is activated.
- Card statements show QURBNA APP RIYADH.
- You can cancel from the console at any time. The subscription and your offers stay live until the end of the paid period, then stop with no further charge. The current period is not refunded.
- If the subscription is not renewed by the end of the paid period, offers are hidden until renewal and return in one step.
- Founding-shop terms, where they apply, are agreed in writing for that account.
12 · Cashier PIN
The shop is responsible for keeping the cashier PIN private and for the devices that use the console.
13 · Suspension
Qurbna may pause an offer or a shop for repeated reports, misleading content, offers not honoured, missing or expired discount-licence proof, or a lapsed registration, and will notify the shop.
14 · Data shown to shops
The console shows usage counts with no link to customers' identities; small counts are hidden for privacy. We make no promise of business results.
Part 3 · General
Qurbna provides the service as is and is not responsible for shops' offers, discounts, goods or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Material changes are announced before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept them. Contact: [email protected].
