١ · من نحن
«قُربنا» خريطة لعروض المحلات القريبة في المملكة العربية السعودية: تطبيق للعملاء على iOS وAndroid، ولوحة للمحلات على console.qurbna.com، وهذا الموقع. الجهة المسؤولة عن البيانات: قُربنا (Qurbna)، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. التواصل في شؤون الخصوصية: [email protected].
تقوم الخدمة على جمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات: التصفح بلا حساب، ورقم الجوال هو الحقل الوحيد المطلوب عند استخدام عرض. لا اسم، ولا بريد إلكتروني، ولا تاريخ ميلاد، ولا هوية وطنية.
٢ · الموقع الجغرافي
الموقع الدقيق يُستخدم داخل الجهاز فقط: لتوسيط الخريطة وترتيب العروض حسب القرب. لا يُرسل موقعك إلى خوادمنا ولا يُحفظ في أي سجل مرتبط بك، وقاعدة بياناتنا لا تحتوي أصلًا عمودًا لإحداثيات المستخدمين. التطبيق يرسل حدود الجزء الظاهر من الخريطة فقط لجلب العروض، ولا يُحفظ ذلك. عند رفض إذن الموقع تظهر العروض كاملة عبر اختيار المدينة.
رسم الخريطة يتم عبر خرائط Apple على iOS، وعند اختيار «الاتجاهات» يُفتح تطبيق الخرائط الذي تختاره (Apple أو Google)، وتسري عليه سياسة خصوصية مزوّده.
٣ · البيانات التي نجمعها ومدة حفظها

٤ · ما لا نفعله
- لا نبيع البيانات، ولا نشاركها مع وسطاء بيانات، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نتتبعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى.
- لا تُشارك هويتك مع المحلات: المحل يرى «تم» واسم العرض فقط، دون اسم أو رقم.
- لا رسائل تسويقية دون موافقتك الصريحة، ويمكن إيقافها من شاشة الحساب في أي وقت. رسالة رمز التحقق رسالة خدمة مستقلة عن ذلك.
- لا أدوات تحليلات أو إعلانات أو تقارير أعطال من أطراف ثالثة داخل التطبيق.
٥ · مكان البيانات ومن يعالجها
قاعدة البيانات والخوادم في الرياض لدى الشركة السعودية للحوسبة السحابية (SCCC). نستعين بالمعالجين التاليين، كلٌّ في حدود دوره:
- الشركة السعودية للحوسبة السحابية (SCCC) — الاستضافة داخل المملكة.
- Authentica — إرسال رسائل رمز التحقق النصية.
- منصة «واثق» — التحقق من السجلات التجارية للمحلات.
- Moyasar — مدفوعات اشتراك المحلات (لا تمر بيانات البطاقات ببنيتنا).
- Cloudflare — استضافة هذا الموقع وحماية الشبكة؛ قد يعالج عنوان IP وبيانات الطلب أثناء مرورها، بما في ذلك خارج المملكة، دون تخزين بيانات حسابك.
لا تُنقل بيانات حسابك المخزنة خارج المملكة.
٦ · حقوقك
من شاشة الحساب في التطبيق مباشرة: تصدير نسخة من بياناتك، وحذف الحساب نهائيًا. ويمكن طلب الحذف دون التطبيق من صفحة حذف الحساب. يتوقف الحساب فور الحذف، ويكتمل محو الهوية خلال 30 يومًا، ويبقى سجل الاستخدام دون أي ربط بك.
وتبقى لك حقوق الوصول والتصحيح والاعتراض وسحب الموافقة بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، عبر [email protected]، ونرد خلال 30 يومًا. ولك حق تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
٧ · بيانات أصحاب المحلات
لوحة المحل تجمع: رقم جوال التواصل، ورقم السجل التجاري وما يرد من «واثق» (الاسم النظامي، والحالة، والأنشطة، وأسماء الملاك دون أرقام هوياتهم)، وموقع المحل وعنوانه وساعات عمله وعروضه وخصوماته، وهي بيانات عامة تظهر على الخريطة. وتجمع أيضًا: إقرارات المسؤولية مع وقتها وإصدار الشروط المقبول، وأرقام تراخيص وزارة التجارة وتواريخ انتهائها وروابط التحقق منها، والملفات التي يرفعها المحل لإثبات التراخيص. رقم ترخيص الخصم ورابط التحقق يظهران للعملاء. تُحفظ الملفات في الرياض داخل قاعدة البيانات، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا فريق «قُربنا» المختص، وتُحفظ مع إثباتات التحقق المدة التي تتطلبها الأنظمة، وبيانات الحساب حتى إغلاقه. بيانات الدفع لدى Moyasar ولا تمر ببنيتنا.
٨ · الأطفال
الخدمة غير موجهة للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم.
٩ · التغييرات
أي تغيير جوهري في هذه السياسة يُعلن في التطبيق وعلى هذه الصفحة قبل نفاذه، مع تحديث تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه.

1 · Who we are
Qurbna is a map of nearby shop offers in Saudi Arabia: a customer app on iOS and Android, a shop console at console.qurbna.com, and this website. Data controller: Qurbna (قُربنا), Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Privacy contact: [email protected].
We collect as little as possible. Browsing needs no account; your mobile number is the only thing we ask for, and only when you first use an offer. No name, email, birth date or national ID.
2 · Location
Your precise location is used on your device only, to center the map and sort offers by distance. It is never sent to our servers or stored with your account; our database has no column for user coordinates. The app sends only the edges of the visible map to fetch offers, and that is not stored. If you decline location access, choosing a city shows the same offers.
On iOS the map is drawn by Apple Maps. "Directions" opens the maps app you choose (Apple or Google), whose own privacy policy applies.
3 · What we collect and how long we keep it

4 · What we never do
- No selling data, no data brokers, no advertising, no tracking across other apps or websites.
- Your identity is never shared with shops. A shop sees "Done" and the offer name only.
- No marketing messages without your explicit opt-in, which you can turn off in Account at any time. The sign-in code text is a service message and separate from this.
- No third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting tools in the app.
5 · Where data lives and who processes it
Our database and servers are in Riyadh with the Saudi Cloud Computing Company (SCCC). We use these processors, each only for its role:
- Saudi Cloud Computing Company (SCCC): hosting in the Kingdom.
- Authentica: sending sign-in code text messages.
- Wathq: verifying shops' commercial registrations.
- Moyasar: shop subscription payments (card data never touches our systems).
- Cloudflare: hosting this website and network protection. It may process IP addresses and request data in transit, including outside the Kingdom, without storing your account data.
Stored account data is not transferred outside the Kingdom.
6 · Your rights
In the app's Account screen you can export a copy of your data and delete your account permanently. You can also ask for deletion without the app on the Delete account page. The account stops working immediately; your identity is fully erased within 30 days, and redemption records remain with no link to you.
You keep your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law to access, correct, object and withdraw consent: email [email protected] and we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
7 · Shop owners
The shop console collects a contact mobile number, the commercial registration number and what Wathq returns (registered name, status, activities, owners' names without ID numbers), and the shop's location, address, hours, offers and discounts, which are public on the map. It also records responsibility declarations with their time and the terms version accepted, Ministry of Commerce licence numbers, end dates and verification links, and the files a shop uploads as licence proof. A discount's licence number and verification link are shown to customers. Files are stored in Riyadh inside our database, are seen only by the responsible Qurbna team, and are kept with verification records as long as regulations require; account data is kept until the account is closed. Payment data stays with Moyasar.
8 · Children
Qurbna is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
9 · Changes
Material changes are announced in the app and on this page before they take effect, and the date above is updated.
